The glued steel fiber is manufactured using a water-soluble adhesive to bond individual hooked-end steel fibers into strands, ensuring their uniform dispersion during the mixing process of concrete, preventing clumping. This technology significantly improves the dispersion of the fibers in practice, thereby enhancing the uniformity and mechanical properties of the concrete. Not only does it effectively improve the crack resistance of the concrete, but it also greatly enhances its tensile strength and impact resistance, resulting in notable durability.

 

The tensile strength of glued steel fibers is much higher than that of ordinary steel reinforcement, greatly enhancing the mechanical properties of concrete. Compared to traditional steel rebars, the stretching capability and toughness of glued steel fibers allow them to withstand higher stresses and better mitigate the development of cracks. Especially in specialized engineering fields requiring seismic resistance and anti-terrorism reinforcement, they have become indispensable reinforcing materials. By incorporating steel fibers, concrete can effectively increase its tensile strength when subjected to stretching or compression loads, delay the formation and propagation of cracks, thereby significantly improving the service life and safety of the structure.

Additionally, the excellent toughness and impact resistance of glued steel fibers enable them to effectively absorb external shock forces, reducing the damage to structures subjected to impacts or dynamic loads. For packaging, we use moisture-proof bags with wooden pallets and wrap the outer layer in plastic film to ensure protection from moisture and corrosion during transport and storage. Each bag weighs 20 kilograms, with each truckload carrying 1.2 tons, and a 20-foot container can accommodate 24 tons of cargo. The appearance of the packaging can be customized according to customer preferences, allowing for branding and logistics management.
